LHEC is committed to the New Zealand COVID-19 Protection Framework
After a turbulent time dealing with COVID-19 and the impact on our industry we are pleased to move into the Traffic Light System effective Friday December 3 2021.
The health and safety of our team members, clients and guests is paramount and for the past 18 months we have followed all advise from the New Zealand government, medical experts and industry leaders as applicable to the safe management of events and gatherings.
The new COVID-19 Protection Framework has given much needed positivity to our industry as we can plan ahead after a period of much disruption.
Under this new framework and the use of My Vaccine Passes as a condition of entry, Lower Hutt Event Centre will have the ability to operate with little to no restrictions, by requiring all our staff, suppliers, clients and guests who enter our facility are fully vaccinated.
We believe by applying this Framework we will minimise harm and protect our staff, clients and community while limiting the impact on our business operations.
LHEC is dedicated to deliver a ‘No Regrets’ Booking Policy. Should your future event be affected by COVID-19 restrictions (Level Red) there will be no cancellation penalties. Bookings can be transferred at no charge to a postponement date or deposits paid will be refunded.
